By 2002, that pioneering business had won a spot in the Deloitte Fast 50, delivering complex contact centre solutions to global clients including Qatar Airways at Manchester and Heathrow, and supporting over 150 agents.
When the 2008 crash hit, it exposed the limitations of traditional models. In response, we pivoted — building a distributed, cloud-based operation using VoIP and a remote team of tele-secretaries. Once again, we led. Others followed.
